PittStop has a simple interface that lets you organize your work mainly under projects and categories. Add customized tasks
After a project has been determined, you will need to add tasks to it. Upon clicking on "Add Task…" a small window pops-up, where you type in all the details for a task. You can assign a period, a status, extra notes, staff (for business use) and eve a priority level, which enhances the visibility levels as it's based on colors; i.e., red for high priority and green for low.
Furthermore, if a project is completed, you can delete it or archive it. The archived projects can be found in the drop-down at the bottom of the projects pane.
Import data from CSV
The application lets you import data from CSV files, including displaying a log of any issues identified, and many new options to help make importing your data easier. You can import an existing list of tasks from the "Data" menu and "Import Tasks."

When a reminder has been completed, or canceled, the calendar will be closed.
You can edit or cancel an appointment by touching it.
When you complete an appointment, you will be shown a full calendar with a couple of options:
1) You can enter a reminder for that date.

When you click on a calendar, the information that was saved in the calendar will be shown.
