Our Story

Core Elevation was founded in 2010 by Amanda Hammett and Gene Hammett with a single conviction: the fastest path to sustainable growth runs through leadership. Not just the founder’s leadership. Every leader inside the company.

Over the past sixteen years, we have worked with founder-led companies across industries, coaching founders, CEOs, and their key leaders through the two shifts that change everything: breaking founder-dependent patterns that cap growth, and building the team-driven infrastructure that allows a company to scale without the founder in every room.
