What You’ll Do

  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to prospect outreach, and relationship management

  • Research partners, identify key players and generate interest in our services

  • Gain knowledge of how prospects make buying decisions and develop strategies on how to leverage opportunities

  • Plan persuasive approaches that will convince potential clients to do business with our organization

  • Use current tactics for prospect outreach and follow up: cold/warm touches are required; calls/emails/social selling to influence sales of our services

  • Work collaboratively with the founders to identify new accounts and opportunities

  • Utilize a CRM for tracking activity, reminders for follow up

  • Collaborate with marketing to develop sales assets and tools to achieve success

  • Track the progress of business strategies and results through scorecard tracking

  • Develop deep relationships with corporate and mid-market executives 

Who You Are

  • 3+ years of sales experience (B2B sales experience preferred)

  • Track record of over-achieving growth metrics

  • Someone who former clients adore and still talk about fondly from past positions because they trusted you would take care of their needs

  • Strong phone presence and in-person professionalism

  • Experience with a fast-paced environment and getting shit done

  • Enthusiastic, optimistic & certain of victory

  • Unfazed by rejection

  • Active Listener – Listens and asks questions to assess needs

  • Resourceful – Goes over, under, around and through obstacles to achieve success

  • Self-motivated with a high need for achievement and competition

  • Organized and efficient with time

  • Proactive with a demonstrated ability to foresee problems and prevent them by taking action

  • Utilize analytical skills and a broad understanding of the business to effectively interpret and anticipate needs

  • Team Player who works as a member of the CEI team, willingly providing back-up support for co-workers when appropriate and actively supporting group goals at all times

Compensation & Work Environment

This position is part-time with flexible hours from 8 am-5 pm EST. You will be paid an hourly rate + bonuses based on target achievement. There is a chance for you to become full-time with a proven track record. 

You will work remotely and must have a workspace or work from home. You must provide your own personal computer, access to the internet and cell phone (reimbursement for cell phone). This position requires phone calls in a professional environment with limited background noise.
